🍻 A time for celebration! Album cover created for Munknörr's first 2026 single: Skål For The Gods.

🎨 The composition depicts celebrating vikings drinkin at the norse tavern. The decoration showcases nordic fire lamps, indoors bonfire, references to the music instruments usedd by the musician, a couple of norse symbols (the Valkanut symbol honoring the fallen warriors, the Horn Triskelion symbol of wisdom and poetic inspiration; and the Aegishjalmr rune or Helm of Awe, worn by the viking warriors to grant protection in battle).

I used a lot of reference for this one, photo-bashing, tracing, painting from scratch and improvising to achieve an overall believable unity throughout the frame.
