The Sword of Will

In the forest of mist and silence, the sword awaits. Half-buried in shadow, hidden by fog; not to be found, but to be claimed.

The engraved runes ᛊᛚᚨᛁ ᚦᛖ ᛞᚱᚨᚷᛟᚾ are a phonetic transcription of Slay The Dragon, in Elder Futhark. I usually work with original norse runes, but in this case this seemed more suitable to me since it's an english lyrics song that uses the fantasy of norse mythology as a metaphor for what we're experiencing inside today, wherever we are.

It was pleasing to work on the visual direction, illustration and animation for the official video clip of Niflheim, by @munknorr.
