The real muse had all the visual elements represented in the illustration tattooed all over her body. They were brought to life.
So name it cherry blossom albine peacock parrot moonish girl... or something. Since she had lots of cherry blossom trees, I call it Saku (咲) as the Japanese word used for blossom, smile or both :)
